OCDI-SA is accredited by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) as a Skills Development Provider (SDP).

This accreditation confirms that our training programmes in occupational and trade-related fields meet national standards and are credible, recognised, and compliant.

Maxwell Mhura

Chief Executive Officer

With over 30 years of extensive business management experience, Maxwell Mhura leads OCDI-SA as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director.

He oversees overall organisational performance and daily operations while providing strategic leadership across the business.

His responsibilities include strategic direction, stakeholder and relationship management, business development, financial oversight, organisational sustainability, and team leadership.

Under his guidance, OCDI-SA remains client-focused, compliant, innovative, and positioned for sustainable growth in skills development and management consulting.

Deborah Mhura

Principal Consultant

Deborah Mhura brings 25 years of proven experience in finance and IT management to her role as Principal Consultant.

She manages all specialist consultants and training facilitators, ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery aligned with client needs.

Working closely with the CEO, she leads client engagement, project oversight, strategic advisory services, team development, and business growth initiatives.

Her expertise contributes to operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term organisational success.

Winnie Sinjela

Office and Marketing Manager

With 18 years of office and marketing experience, Winnie Sinjela is responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of OCDI-SA.

She manages administrative operations, provides HR and compliance support, and offers operational assistance to senior management and the executive team.

In her marketing role, she develops and implements strategies to enhance brand visibility and promote OCDI-SA’s services.

This includes digital marketing, social media management, email campaigns, website content, public relations, and event coordination for training sessions, workshops, and client engagements.
